• ✅ Manage multiple pets you own or care for
• ✅ Set reminders for real appointments and medications
• ✅ Export your data for personal use

3. Prohibited Activities

You MUST NOT:

Fraudulent Activities

• ❌ Upload fake or altered veterinary records
• ❌ Create false vaccination certificates
• ❌ Impersonate veterinary professionals
• ❌ Generate fraudulent health certificates for travel
• ❌ Misrepresent pet health status for insurance fraud

Harmful Content

• ❌ Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• ❌ Store illegal or inappropriate content
• ❌ Share others' private information without consent
• ❌ Upload content promoting animal cruelty

System Abuse

• ❌ Attempt to hack or compromise our systems
• ❌ Scrape or harvest data from the platform
• ❌ Reverse engineer our services
• ❌ Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials
• ❌ Use automated bots without permission
• ❌ Overwhelm the service with excessive requests

Commercial Misuse

• ❌ Resell or sublicense the service
• ❌ Use for unauthorized commercial veterinary services
• ❌ Collect data for marketing without consent
• ❌ Operate competing services using our infrastructure

4. Content Standards

Uploaded Documents Must Be:

• Authentic and unaltered
• Related to pet health and care
• From legitimate veterinary sources
• Legally obtained
• Free from malware

User Information Must Be:

• Accurate and truthful
• Your own or used with permission
• Current and maintained

5. Account Responsibilities

As an Account Holder, You Must:

• Maintain accurate account information
• Keep your password secure
• Report unauthorized access immediately
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Comply with all applicable laws

6. Sharing Guidelines

When Sharing Records:

• Only share your own pets' records
• Use time-boxed links appropriately
• Respect recipients' privacy
• Don't share links publicly without reason
• Revoke access when no longer needed

7. Reporting Violations

How to Report:

• Include relevant screenshots or evidence
• Provide context and timeline
• We investigate all reports within 48 hours

8. Enforcement

Violation Consequences:

• Warning: First minor violations
• Suspension: Repeated or moderate violations
• Termination: Severe or fraudulent violations
• Legal Action: Illegal activities or fraud

Appeals Process:

If you believe your account was wrongly suspended:

• Email appeals@wagabondpets.com within 30 days
• Include your account email and explanation
• We review appeals within 7 business days

9. Professional Use

Veterinary Professionals:

If you're a veterinary professional using Wagabond Pets:

• Only access records shared by pet owners
• Maintain professional confidentiality
• Don't store client records without permission

10. International Compliance

Users must comply with their local laws regarding:

• Pet ownership and registration
• Vaccination requirements
• Import/export documentation
• Prescription medications
